Sierra Holdings Foundation Ltd. is subsidiary of I.P.M. Group, which is an established organization providing business solutions, project management and financing options in Asia.

Sierra Holdings Foundation Ltd. is registered in Hong Kong with regional offices in Shanghai and Beijing. SFHL and its Partner I.P.M. has relationships with a wide network of strategic alliances in all GCC countries, South Africa, India, China, Russia, Japan. This provides excellent coverage and representation in the aforementioned continents.

Mr. Rudolf Kern, Sierra Holdings Foundation Ltd. Executive Director and majority shareholder bought the company in 2008 with a vision to provide countries with high efficiency, cost efficient and affordable advanced technologies and solutions.

SHFL enjoys partnership agreements with companies from Germany, Austria, Russia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong. Each respective company is well known for their extensive experience in the field of commodity trade, financing solutions, advanced engineering and optimizing the best use of technology to suit particular applications and needs.

In particular, SHFL and I.P.M. has successfully executed water and wastewater treatment projects and power plant projects in several countries. An expanding list of satisfied customers enjoys the daily supply of millions of liters of clean and safe water supply, project financing and commodity trade.

In addition to water treatment and wastewater treatment, the I.P.M. Group and SHFL provides consultancy and engineering services for diverse projects such as waste recycling plants, power generation, project financing consultant and commodity trade.
